Refund policy

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:

We, at DALCHINII, aim at providing complete customer satisfaction.

However, in case you're not pleased with the services you can return(only for fulfilment errors) or exchange your goods received provided they meet the conditions mentioned below.


EXCHANGE:

  1. We only facilitate exchange in size and in pattern or colours too. If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size we will exchange the size for you within 7 days of the delivery of the garment.
  2. We also offer reverse pick-up services. If you'd like to process an exchange, reverse pick up charge of INR 150 will apply. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single charge of INR 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
  3. Only products which are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags, in original packaging are eligible for exchange. To avoid exchanging your order, be sure to view our size chart  on product page carefully before placing your order to make the purchase seamless. 
  4. Please email us at info@dalchinii.com and follow the steps below:
  • Kindly share your order number and full name
  • Item to be exchanged with size
  • Replacement item with size 
  • Reason for exchange 
  1. Once the above information is received, we will send an email with the UPI scanner dor INR 150/. Upon receiving the payment recipt we will raise the pickup in 24hrs.
  2. On an off chance, if there is a manufacturing defect, there is no additional charge for exchange. Once we receive the returned package, our team will review the reason for exchange and based garment check, we will process the exchange.
  1. Products that are purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
  1. Please note- All the products are made in the finest handwoven fabrics and materials, some even hand dyed. Many of the processes are manually done. Irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the handcrafted process and are not counted as a defect in the product.

 

RETURN:

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. We can issue the credit note if you are not able to exchange with the current options. The credit note is valid for 6 months. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors.

Products are eligible for exchange/ return only if the same have been bought to our notice through email at info@dalchinii.com or WhatsApp at +917303499696 within 48 hours of the delivery.
